<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card for identifying an individual and receiving and displaying information. <P>SOLUTION: The ID card 3 includes personal identification information for identifying a person, and receives information transmitted from an information transmission network to display the information in a display device 3a. A gate station of an identification network scans a code symbol 3p of the ID card 3 to read the personal identification information, and identifies the person to control opening/closing a gate.
