<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit module that can be further miniaturized and a method of connecting a coaxial cable. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit module includes an electronic component 13 to be mounted on an electronic circuit board 11 and having an anode 131 and a cathode 133 forming opposing surfaces, and a coaxial cable 15 where a conductor 151 and a shield wire 153 are exposed in steps.
