PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector which prevents slide of a terminal contact portion by suppressing rattling of a front holder fitted and attached to a front end part of a terminal housing cylindrical portion of a first connector housing in a state of fitting completion of mutual connector housings and suppresses abrasion of the terminal contact portion. SOLUTION: When fitting of the first connector housing 33 and a second housing 34 is completed, a tip of a front holder 36 fitted and attached to the front end part of the terminal housing cylindrical portion 39 of the first connector housing 33 is abutted on the opposing surface 50a of the second housing 34, and the rear end of the front holder 36 is acted by a pressing force toward the opposing surface from a packing 35 fitted and attached to the base end side outer periphery of a terminal housing cylindrical portion 39, movement of the front holder 36 to fitting direction is regulated.
