PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the practical use of an electric vehicle by reducing a charging cost per electric vehicle by enabling efficient charging at low cost without manpower regarding a quick charging of a storage battery for the electric vehicle. SOLUTION: The quick charging is conducted while placing a plurality of quick chargers 1 (approximately 5 to 20 quick chargers) and a plurality of electric vehicles 52 on a mobile body and moving them at quick charging of storage batteries for electric vehicles. The quick chargers 1 are placed on a truck 3 and moved, and moved permanently during operation on an annular rail 5 while receiving electricity from current collecting units 4 connected to a power supply 101. The electric vehicles 52 receive charging by inserting connectors 15 at the front ends of cords 7 for power supply supplied with electricity from the quick chargers 1 into end connections 58 for the electric vehicles 52 while being moved on a large-sized conveyor 56. The mobile body efficiently enables quick charging to the electric vehicles 52 at low cost without manpower and the quick charging can also be conducted to the individual storage battery 2 by the same device.
