PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a roadside machine, and to prevent restriction of an installation place of the roadside machine. SOLUTION: The roadside machine has: a first communication part which performs communication using an on-board wireless LAN with an on-board unit; and a second communication part which provides data to the on-board unit, and simultaneously performs communication using a portable data communication line with an information controller which collects the data obtained from the on-board unit.
