PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type adhesive for dry laminates that has a good adhesion to plastics having a low polarity and a good water resistance. SOLUTION: The two-pack type adhesive for dry laminates includes (A) a urethane prepolymer, and (B) a hardener. At least either the (A) or the (B) is obtained by reacting a mixture of (a1) an alkylene oxide adduct of an aliphatic polyol and (a2) an alkylene oxide adduct of a bisphenol compound with (b) an isocyanate, or a mixture of the (a1) and the (a2).
