PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-power generator which effectively generates power with respect to waves having various wave periods. SOLUTION: The wave-power generator includes a vibration receiving part 31 provided in a floating body floated on a wave surface and generating power by the loaded vibration, a mass body 4 loading the mass from the upper side of the vibration receiving part 31, a plurality of elastic members 5 supporting the mass body 4 in series, and a plurality of lock mechanisms 6 restricting and releasing the movement of the plurality of the elastic members 5.
