PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debug function that operates even when a system clock runs at high speed without making a circuit configuration complicated in a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a plurality of CPUs. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: three or more CPUs respectively having a debug function; and an observation CPU control part for sequentially designating, about acquisition of debug observation information of a CPU to be observed designated beforehand as a debug observation object among the three or more CPUs, CPUs other than the CPU to be observed among the three or more CPUs as an observation CPU in each observation timing of debug observation information, and making the observation CPU obtain debug observation information output by the CPU to be observed.
