PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of determining an abnormality of a clutch switch accurately determining the fact that the clutch switch is abnormal. SOLUTION: It is determined that the clutch switch is abnormal when it is estimated that a clutch C is in an engagement state when a change speed of a value AS of the ratio of an engine rotating speed NE to an T/M input shaft rotation number NT is less than a prescribed valueα, and moreover, it is detected that the clutch is in a released state by the clutch switch.
