PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical composition including branched chain amino acids for prevention of transition from potential hepatic encephalopathy to apparent encephalopathy. SOLUTION: This invention is for a pharmaceutical composition effective for prevention of transition from the potential hepatic encephalopathy to the apparent encephalopathy including effective ingredients of isoleucine, leucine and valine.
