PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fault wherein an earthen pot associated with a pot disclosed in JP Patent Application No. 2004-381625 is rather troublesome and somewhat difficult to manufacture, but simply dividing into two parts cannot easily achieve a satisfactory pot and plate which must endure intense cooking under high heat followed by a constant squeezing operation performed thereon. SOLUTION: A dividable squeezing-drying plate (1) alone, or a dividable squeezing-drying plate (1) and pot, includes a joining or engaging portion dividable from a pot body and integral with the pot used for cooking and as a serving dish, and a plate for squeezing and drying ingredients. A hole (2) is opened near a lowest part of the plate, which allows a squeezed soup (5) to be returned from the hole (2) into the pot and to be reused. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
