MASS PRODUCTION OF BIO INDIGO BY BATCH AND CONTINUOUS CULTURE USING RECOMBINANT E. COLI INCLUDING FLAVIN-CONTAINING MONOOXYGENASE GENE

摘要

PURPOSE: A mass production of bio indigo using a recombinant E.coli is provided to ensure enable environmentally-friendly and economic production of bio indigo. CONSTITUTION: A large amount of bio indigos are prepared by batch or continuous culture using a recombinant E.coli DH5alpha/pBlue1.7(KCTC 11438BP) containing flavin-containing monooxygenase. The batch culture is performed in 3000L of culture bath at 20-40°C and pH 6.5-pH 7.5 for 20-30 hours. The continuous culture is performed in a 5L of culture bath.
