PURPOSE: An insulation fixture for a form having an improved structure is provided to prevent the separation or movement of an insulating material and to keep a form and an insulating material at the solid and stable fixed state. CONSTITUTION: In an insulation fixture for a form(10) having an improved structure, a head(11) is formed to have a downward title angle from a vertical portion(14), a horizontal insertion portion(18) and an inclined insertion portion(19) are formed continuously on one side of the head, a support projection(20) is formed on one side of the vertical portion, a pressure projection(22) is formed on an inclined corner portion(21) between the vertical portion and a horizontal portion(17), a horizontal fitting portion is formed to have the width corresponding to the thickness of a form, and an inclined fitting portion is formed to have an tilt angle corresponding to an tilt angle of the head.
