<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper guiding device, a fixing device, and an image forming device which straighten the warping of paper according to the paper. <P>SOLUTION: A paper guiding part 50 of the image forming device 10 includes a guide plate 78. The guide plate 78 is arranged on the upstream side of a straightening part 60 straightening the warping by embracing paper Y, is moved by a solenoid 80, and changes the contact position of the paper Y with the straightening part 60 according to the paper Y. Here, when the paper Y is thick, the warping is comparatively small, and the guide plate 78 guides the paper Y toward the contact part N of the straightening part 60. On the other hand, when the paper Y is thin, the warping of the paper Y is comparatively large, and the guide plate 78 guides the paper Y so that the tip of the paper Y contacts with a portion departing from the contact part N.
