<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp capable of enhancing illuminance of afterglow of a light-accumulating body at lighting off without lowering illuminance at lighting on. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp 1 includes a fluorescent tube 2 as a light-emitting part, and an electrode retaining member 3 for retaining electrodes at both ends of the fluorescent tube 2. The electrode retaining member 3 is formed of synthetic resin containing a light-accumulating phosphor. The fluorescent tube 2 is a ring-shaped or a straight-tube fluorescent tube. The synthetic resin has a light transmitting property, and the light-accumulating phosphor is a compound or a combination from compounds expressed in the formulas, MAl<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB>: Eu<SP>2+</SP>, X<SP>2+</SP>or M<SB>4</SB>Al<SB>14</SB>O<SB>25</SB>: Eu, X or M<SB>2</SB>Si<SB>5</SB>N<SB>8</SB>: Eu<SP>2+</SP>, Tm<SP>3+</SP>, Y<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>S: Eu<SP>3+</SP>, Mg, Ti or CaS: Eu<SP>3+</SP>, Tm or ZnS: Cu, Co or ZnS: Cu, CaSrS: Bi (in the formulas, M is at least one or more of metal elements selected from a group consisting of Ca, Si and Ba, X is either Dy or Nd). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
