<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fog-resistant lens and a protective device for eyes, which are configured such that a temperature difference is prevented in each area of a lens or shield without adjusting power supplied to a transparent conductive film, hence disadvantages such as wasteful consumption of power is prevented, and the time for which these can be used is greatly increased even in a structure that requires a battery. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 2 is formed on one side of the lens 1 or shield, and linear electrodes 3 are disposed on the upper and lower parts of this side of the lens 1 or shield.
