<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outer appearance of a backrest part in a seat by allowing defective molding to hardly occur in a back pad for a seat with backboard specification. <P>SOLUTION: An upper side part 12A on the rear surface side of a pad body 12 made of soft foam integrally includes a swelling part 16 constituted of a connection part 18 extended backward and a flange part 20 extended downward from the connection part. The lower end of the flange part is formed to be a thin part 26 via a step part 24, and then, a molding seat body 28 is arranged on the outer surface 20A of the flange part. The molding seat body 28, including: a first surface part 30 having a shape along the outer surface 22A of a thick part 22 on the upper part side of the flange part; and a second surface part 32 having a shape along the outer surface 24A of the step part 24, is previously stereoscopically molded into a cross-section of bent shape, and also integrated with the outer surface 20A of the flange part 20 by the foam molding of the soft foam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
