<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound expressed by general formula (I) which is a substituted 3-aminoalkoxyindole, the stereoisomer, the radioisotope, the geometric formula, the N-oxide, the polymorph, the salt permitted as a medicine, the solvate permitted as a medicine, the useful biological activity metabolic product, and all suitable combinations thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The invention discloses a compound expressed by general formula (I), the stereoisomer, the radioisotope, the geometric formula, the N-oxide, the polymorph, the salt permitted as a medicine, the solvate permitted as a medicine, the useful biological activity metabolic product, and all suitable combinations thereof.
