<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch operation determination apparatus, a touch operation determination method and a program, wherein misdetermination of touch operation on an end of a touch detection area can be avoided. <P>SOLUTION: The touch operation determination apparatus includes: a display panel 101b; a touch panel 101a for detecting touch operation to a touch detection area 110 formed on the display panel 101b; an area setting part for setting a first area 111 and a second area 112, which is used for discriminating a tap operation and flick operation, has width of not less than a predetermined distance D from a touch start point SP up to touch end points EP and EP', and surrounds the first area, on the touch detection area; and an operation determination part which, when the contact end point is detected in the first or second area after detecting the touch start point in the second area, determines that the flick operation is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
