PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolated foundation structure capable of being easily and inexpensively designed and constructed. SOLUTION: In the seismic isolated foundation structure G, an upper foundation packing 5 fixed to a base ta is superposed on a lower foundation packing 4 fixed to a foundation H so that both the foundation packings slide on each other's contact surface, thereby consuming earthquake energy when an earthquake occurs. By this, quake transmitted to a wooden building T can be alleviated. In addition, an anchor bolt 3 embedded in the foundation H and a buffer body 7 attached to the building T are connected via a connecting member 8 so as to restrain the upper foundation packing 5 from moving and convert horizontal quake into vertical quake, thereby absorbing the horizontal quake.
