PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous control system among base stations, preventing the deterioration of a communication quality even when the base station as a synchronization source conducts restart. SOLUTION: A state detector 12 transmits a synchronization control request signal when detecting the start state of a second base station 2b. A terminal machine 5 transmits a synchronization state signal related to a synchronization state when receiving the synchronization control request signal. A synchronization controller 7 adjusts the synchronism of a second signal outputted by the second base station 2b on the basis of the synchronization state signal when receiving the synchronization state signal.
