PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of an improvement in thermal conductivity and an improvement in heat resistance and corrosion resistance in a heat receiving structure mounted on a thermoelectric conversion device which converts thermal energy of an exhaust gas into electric energy. SOLUTION: In heat receiving fins 3 mounted on the thermoelectric conversion device 1 which converts the thermal energy of the exhaust gas into the electric energy, a heat receiving surface with which the exhaust gas comes into contact is formed of a fin case 3b made of a first metal material having high heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and a core portion 3d made of a second metal material having high thermal conductivity is formed in the storage portion of the fin case 3b. Consequently, the heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the heat receiving fins 3 can be improved, and the thermal conductivity of the heat receiving fins 3 can be improved.
