PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wiring for power supply to a heating member in an area surrounded by a belt member stretched by a roll member including the heating member therein. SOLUTION: Power is supplied to a halogen heater 72 by heater side harnesses 135, 136 where one electrode of the halogen heater 72 is connected to the starting end and relay connecting connectors 131, 132 are connected to the terminal end, and by power supply side harnesses 104, 106 wired in a route passing an area surrounded by a fixing belt and reaching the relay connecting connectors 131, 132 having outside diameters smaller than those of the heater side harnesses 135, 136 where relay connecting connectors 121, 122 coupled to the relay connectors 131, 132 are connected to the terminal end.
