PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary pump excellent in durability, in which backlash between a shaft and an inner rotor is little, noise and pulsation during operation are reduced. SOLUTION: A fitted shaft part 12 of a shaft 10 is fitted into a shaft hole 22 of the inner rotor 20. A parallel wall part 232 of the shaft hole 22 is in contact with a maximum fitting length L and is extended outside a ridge line 15. A relief wall part 25 continuous from a first continuous part 26 as an edge of the parallel wall part 232 to a counter cylindrical wall part 242 forms a relief space 29 between the relief wall part 25 and the counter cylindrical face 142. Since interference between a corner R of the shaft hole 22 with the fitted shaft part 12 is avoided, they are manufactured so that fitting accuracy becomes high and they can be assembled. The backlash between the fitted shaft part 12 and the shaft hole 22 is little to reduce the noise and pulsation during operation of the pump. Further, oil flows into the shaft hole through the relief space 29 and is used for lubrication of the shaft 10. Thereby, durability of the pump is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
