The present invention can offer convenience by providing an integrated service which allows VMs (virtual machines) to be supported on all mobile terminals and allows on-line/off-line transactions on bank cards and accounts through mobile terminals without the need to be in actual possession of the account/card; a unique PIN (Personal Identity Number) being set in a mobile program such that security is strengthened and a plurality of cards and accounts can be registered and stored, of which one is selected and the secret number of the card or the account is input thereby effecting a use request and, upon receipt of approval for use from a financial institution and presentation thereof to an on-line/off-line vendor (affiliated store), the details of the transaction request are received on the user's mobile program and the transaction is completed by the user giving their approval for the same. This constitutes a service with strengthened safety and security of transactions as it entails mutual approval by the user and the financial institution. |
