PURPOSE: An insulation distribution panel for distributing electricity to overhead electric wire for dedicated extra-high voltage is provided to improve work performance. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(10) for installing an arm brace has a support body and forms a rectangular shape with one side open. An insulator(20) installed on the bracket for installing the arm brace has an installation recess(21). A vibration damping device(30) consists of the second shock absorbing member(34) absorbing the vibration of the overhead electric line which can be extended or contacted in a longitudinal direction. A controller(50) turns on a switch part if an electromotive force transferred from the wind generator is more than a reference value. |
