PURPOSE: A method in which process connected to the directional solidification from the vacuum furnace occurs continuously is provided. CONSTITUTION: The purification system of the metal silicon includes: a first chamber; a vacuum furnace(10) revolving in the first chamber in the horizontal direction and is installed to rotate in the vertical direction; and a plurality of second chambers installed in the height lower than the first chamber. The second chamber includes: a door which opens and closes the first chamber and the second chamber; a directional solidification solidifying the metal silicon by locating under door; an transport unit ascending and descending the directional solidification furnace; and a heating part heating the directional solidification furnace. As the vacuum furnace revolves at the vertical direction, the metal silicon fused in the vacuum furnace is directly delivered through door to the directional solidification. |
