PURPOSE: A method for treating substrates at the printing apparatus and an apparatus of the same are provided to enhance the process speed and processing efficiency by omitting the relocation task for the printing of the reloading task to the printing apparatus and substrate. CONSTITUTION: The screen print apparatus includes: a substrate support(500); and a solder paste inspection part(300). The substrate support part supports the substrate arranged for the screen printing. The solder paste inspection part proceeds the solder paste inspection about the substrate finishing the screen printing. The screen printing on the substrate is proceeded again or substrate is discharged according to the badness judgement result of the substrate. The substrate support part acts so that while keeping the state where substrate is arranged, it measures in substrate and the screen printing operate. In the state where the substrate support part locates in the home location, the inspecting solder paste operates. After the inspecting solder paste is completed, the substrate support part moves to the painting location, and the screen reprinting about the substrate is proceeded.
