PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device, a color filter for the organic electroluminescent display device used for this, and a manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent display device. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device is provided which includes the color filter for the organic electroluminescent display device having an inorganic transparent substrate, a coloring layer formed on the inorganic transparent substrate, an adhesive layer formed on the coloring layer, and a reinforcing layer arranged on the adhesive layer and having transparency; and an organic electroluminescent element arranged on a surface located opposite to the coloring layer-side surface of the inorganic transparent substrate.
