PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for OAM frames, which receives a frame to which the Ethernet (R) OAM frame is coupled to perform required management and required maintenance, and couples a plurality of frames with a single OAM function to be transmitted to a communication network, the processing method and the processing program of the OAM frame. SOLUTION: A reception frame discrimination means 11 of the communication equipment for Ethernet (R) OAM frames discriminates whether the received frame is the Ethernet (R) OAM frame or a normal frame. When the frame is the one to which the Ethernet (R) OAM frame is coupled, it is divided to be processed by a single frame processing content execution means 14.
