PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder attachment for closure wiring work, which prevents a worker from performing working while leaning the body to side when the width of a closure is large and the width of a ladder is too small to work on the ladder. SOLUTION: The attachment 3 for closure wiring work is used by inserting the horizontal part of the attachment 3 into a hook 4 at the distal end of the ladder, attaching the horizontal part to the uppermost step of the ladder with a fixed hook 6 and a movable hook 5, and during the work, engaging a hook 2 at both ends of the attachment 3 with the closure 1.
