PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulker, capable of efficiently transporting a dry bulk cargo such as a polymer pellet whose damage or contamination is unwanted, by leveling, in loading of the dry bulk cargo to a cargo hold in a bulk state, the surface of the bulk cargo loaded in the cargo hold substantially flatly to effectively utilize the capacity of the cargo hold, a bulk barge, and a method for loading the dry bulk cargo. SOLUTION: The bulker for loading the dry bulk cargo B into the cargo hold 10 in a bulk state includes a dry bulk cargo discharge device 40 which can discharge, when throwing and loading the dry bulk cargo B into the cargo hold 10 through an input port 14a, the dry bulk cargo B while giving a horizontal velocity component directed from the input port 14a to the wall surface of the cargo hold 10.
