PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of abnormal noise in a guide holder 2 which supports one end of a guide pipe 12 arranged to guide a submerged pump 3 installed in a water tank 1. SOLUTION: The guide holder 2 includes: a support portion 22 supporting one end of the guide pipe 12 by externally inserting one end opening of the guide pipe 12 into the support portion; and a vibration isolating member 23 interposed between the outer surface of the support portion 22 and the inner surface of the guide pipe 12. The vibration isolating member 23 is a string-like endless body elongated and contracted by elastic deformation. The support portion 22 is formed with an engagement portion 24 penetrating through the radial direction of the support portion and also engaged with the vibration isolating member 23. The vibration isolating member 23 is attached to the support portion 22 by being wound around the outer surface of the support portion 22 while being arranged in the engagement portion 24 and engaged with the engagement portion 24.
