PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation filter with a form suited to prevention of peel of a first adhesive layer when peeling a protective film from a second adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The ventilation filter includes the first adhesive layer 2 formed on a base material sheet 1, a ventilation membrane 3 formed on the first adhesive layer 2, a second adhesive layer 4 formed on the ventilation membrane 3, and the protective film 5 formed on the second adhesive layer 4, wherein each of the first adhesive layer 2 and second adhesive layer 4 has an opening, and a cut line 7 is formed on the protective film 5 from an outer peripheral part thereof to a position corresponding to the opening of the second adhesive layer 4.
