<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further widen the flexibility of design of an internal electrode, a capacitance value, and so on, facilitate manufacturing, and suppress the influence of the parasitic capacitance, in a variable capacitance device configured by connecting a plurality of variable capacitance capacitors in series. <P>SOLUTION: A variable capacitance device 1 has a structure provided with its body 10 and at least three control terminals 32 to 34. In the device body 10, three or more capacitors are formed of a plurality of dielectric layers 11 to 14 and internal electrode parts 21 to 25, and three or more capacitors are connected in series. With respect to at least three control terminals 32 to 34, control signals are applied, and they are each provided, to at least three internal electrodes 22 to 24 for forming at least two capacitors among three or more capacitors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
