<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling roll scratch inspection apparatus for accurately detecting roll scratches in a rolling process of a steel sheet from a light degree to a heavy degree. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 15 is installed on a run-out table behind a cooling zone 12 between the final stand of a finish rolling machine 11 of a hot rolling line and a pinch roll 13 before a down coiler 14 and its floodlight projection part emits light to the surface to be inspected by an object under inspection obliquely in the width direction of the object under inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
