PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating container capable of surely deforming a piece for deformation provided at a laminating position of an outer sleeve into a heat-insulating gripper. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating container keeping the outer sleeve of a cylindrical body externally fitted to the outer peripheral face of a body wall of the container body to fix one of the upper and lower parts to form a slit forming section consisting of a group of slits extending upward and downward along the outer periphery on the outer sleeve with a shrink deformation film stuck on a position except the slit forming section to turn the outer sleeve compression-deformed by shrink deformation of the film, is characterized in that the fixing position of the shrink deformation film fitted on the inner wall face of the outside sticker is fixed near the upper end and near the lower end of the piece for deformation except a position corresponding to the piece for deformation formed on the outside sticking part.
