PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a vehicular air-conditioning apparatus capable of intuitive operation in a small type, and easy in assembling. SOLUTION: This operation device includes an air-conditioning side pulley for operating opening-closing of a door arranged in an air passage of an air conditioner 200, an operation side pulley 110 arranged on the instrument panel 5 side of a vehicle 1, a pulley case 120 for rotatably storing the operation side pulley 110, a body 130 for fixing the pulley case 120, an operation knob 140 rotatably fitted to and supported by the body 130 and rotatingly driving the operation side pulley 110 by being manually operated in the vertical direction, and two cables 160 oppositely wound and fixed on the outer periphery of the operation side pulley 110 and mutually reversely rotatingly driving the air-conditioning side pulley connected even by rotation in any direction of the operation side pulley 110. A pulley unit 100 for storing the operation side pulley 110 in the pulley case 120 and the body 130 for rotatably fitting and incorporating the operation knob 140, are constituted by being incorporated from the orthogonal direction to a rotary shaft CL of the operation side pulley 110.
