PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of improving the service life of a tire, and capable of saving fuel consumption. SOLUTION: When the vehicle straightly runs, if a first camber angle in the negative direction is imparted to a wheel, a behavioral change in the vehicle caused by disturbance (influence such as a cross wind and a rut) receiving to the vehicle is restrained by camber thrust, and straightly running stability of the vehicle is secured. In this case, when a state quantity of the vehicle is smaller than a first lateral G threshold value or a first yaw rate threshold value, since a camber angle of the wheel is adjusted to a camber angle smaller in an absolute value than the first camber angle, impartment of a useless camber angle to the wheel and an adjustment to a large camber angle more than necessary are restrained.
