INTRACELLUAR TARGETING BIPODAL PEPTIDE BINDER

The present invention relates to a bipodal peptide binder that can be specifically bonded to an intracellular target molecule, and to a method for preparing the bipodal peptide binder. The bipodal peptide binder comprises: (a) a structure-stabilizing region that includes parallel, antiparallel, or parallel and antiparallel amino acid strands in which interstrand non-covalent bonds are formed; (b) a target-binding region I and a target-binding region II which are bonded to both terminals of the structure-stabilizing region and which include randomly selected n and m amino acids, respectively; and (c) a cell-penetrating peptide bonded to the structure-stabilizing region or to the target-binding region. The bipodal peptide binder can be specifically bonded to an intracellular target molecule for the purposes of medicine, in vivo molecular imaging, in vitro cell imaging, and drug delivery targeting, and the bipodal peptide binder can be very useful as an escort molecule.
