PURPOSE: A bidirectional monitor system using an SIP is provided to check a photographing image and voice of a monitoring device in real time for a user. CONSTITUTION: A video recorder output unit(208) provides camera video information and microphone voice information from a sensing device connecting unit(202) to a video recorder(300). A PSTN terminal(215) of external communication device managing unit(212) performs communication through an SLIC(216). An abnormal signal confirming unit(218) analyzes a sensing signal of all kinds of sensors provided from the sensing device connecting unit. If the abnormal signal is identified, the abnormal signal confirming unit connects a registered phone number.
