PURPOSE: A clutching apparatus for a digital door-lock is provided to facilitate manufacturing processes and reduce cost required for the manufacturing processes using four units with simple structures. CONSTITUTION: A first unit(10) forwardly or backwardly moves by a driving unit and arranges a rotary side with a constant rotational radius. A second unit(20) includes a corresponding side in contact with the rotary side. When the first unit forwardly moves, the second unit forwardly moves. When the first unit backwardly moves, the second unit backwardly moves. A rotary unit(30) is fixed to the dead-lock shaft of a door-lock unit and rotates with the dead-lock shaft. A handle unit(40) is arranged an external handle and includes an inserting recess in which the second unit is inserted.
