<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device in an air conditioner that reduces the noise and vibration of a motor, and performs a stable rotation control at late evenings or during sleeping periods. <P>SOLUTION: The device detects the amount of solar radiation, by using a solar radiation sensor 12, that is installed to an outdoor unit or indoor unit of the air conditioner and a means 13 for detecting the amount of solar radiation, and the device sets the torque gain, by using a torque-gain setting means 14 based on a detected amount and adjusts the torque gain, thereby attaining decrease in the noise and vibration of the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
