<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill guide with a drill stopper drawn on this side, having an excessive drilling inhibit function not to damage facing blood vessel and nerve when frilling a bore in a bone in osteosynthesis in orthopedics. <P>SOLUTION: A guide cylinder (2) of the drill guide (1) is provided with an outer cylinder drill stopper (3), a small projection (4) is provided on the surface of the guide cylinder, and the outer cylinder drill stopper (3) is provided with axial slit-like windows (5) drawn on this side and moved along the small projection (4) and sideslipping slit windows (6) sideslipping the small projection (4) to define a length, which are arranged at intervals of several millimeters.
