<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of suppressing a downtime even if a communication abnormality occurs between a reader-writer and a recording medium, and capable of managing a using history of a mountable/dismountable device such as a unit. <P>SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory 12 stores history information recorded in an RFID tag 70 read out by reader-writers 60, 330. A control part 11 forms an image on a printer 50, and updates the history information stored in the nonvolatile memory 12 corresponding to image formation. When a communication abnormality occurs between the reader-writers 60, 330 and the RFID tag 70, the control part 11 performs control so that image formation by the printer part 50 and the updating of the history information in the nonvolatile memory 12 can be executed continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
