<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus capable of simplifying replacing operation of a bag by means of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus includes: a treatment part for treating an object to be treated; a recovery chamber for recovering an object to be recovered which is produced by treatment on the treatment part, is discharged from the treatment part and falls down, with the recovery bag; and a recovery unit which is attached freely attachably and detachably to/from the recovery chamber and where the recovery bag is locked. In the treatment apparatus, the recovery chamber is provided with a partition part which is arranged on the upper side of the recovery unit and demarcates an opening part for allowing the falling object to be recovered to pass therethrough, and the recovery unit includes: a bottom part; a frame part where the opening edge of the recovery bag is locked; and a support part which is supported by the bottom part and, on the other hand, supports the frame part so as to be movable between the upper position where the frame part comes into contact with the lower surface of the partition part and the lower position where the frame part is separated from the partition part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
