PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a containment structure of an inner peripheral surface of a through opening for easily and effectively sealing in an adhering substance like asbestos adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the through opening formed in a concrete wall. SOLUTION: The containment structure 10 for sealing in a cylindrical asbestos member 13 adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the through opening 11 formed in the concrete wall 12 includes: a hard polyvinyl chloride cylindrical member 17 for treating the end inner-peripheral surface having a hollow cross sectional shape similar to that of a circular shape of the through opening 11, and comprising a first flanged cylindrical body 15 and a second flanged cylindrical body 16 respectively having tight flange plates 15a, 16a closely attached and bonded to a peripheral edge of the opening of an earthquake-resistant wall 12; an epoxy-resin-based adhesive 25 closely bonding the tight flange plates 15a, 16a to a wall surface of the earthquake-resistant wall 12; and a filling mortar layer 20 formed by filling a gap formed between the cylindrical member 17 for treating the end inner-peripheral surface and the through opening 11, to which the cylindrical asbestos member 13 adheres, with non-contracting mortar by means of injection.
