PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone amplifier that can attain high sound quality, downsizing and light weight at a low cost. SOLUTION: The microphone amplifier which is used by being connection with a microphone unit through a cable transmission line includes a current-voltage conversion circuit and a current source that supplies a first current to the microphone unit through the cable transmission line and a second current larger than the first current predetermined times to the current-voltage conversion circuit.
