<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously play back the video distributed from a device for video distribution in a communication-disabled zone such as the inside of a tunnel even by a mobile terminal of an economical structure without including a route information calculation function of calculating route information to a destination. <P>SOLUTION: A route recording request including location information of a mobile terminal 1 is transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 to a device 2 for video distribution at every certain period. The device 2 for video distribution creates a route table 21 with network band information, moving times and boundary flags recorded therein by being related to the respective pieces of the location information transmitted from the mobile terminal 1, and determines a reproduction bit rate and a distribution bit rate of video data to be distributed to the mobile terminal 1 using the route table 21 when a data distribution request is transmitted from the mobile terminal 1. The device for video distribution informs the mobile terminal 1 of the determined reproduction bit rate, and distributes data to the mobile terminal 1 at the determined distribution bit rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
