<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectric module which is efficiently manufactured and easily used for assembling an optoelectric module substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 24 is formed on one face of a supporting substrate 11, optical elements 32a, 32b are mounted on one side and the other side of the optical wave guide 24, respectively, connection patterns 12a, 12b are formed on one face of the supporting substrate 11, mounting pads 14a, 14b are formed on the other face while being electrically connected to the connection patterns 12a, 12b, the optical waveguide 24 are formed by laminating a first clad layer 18a, cores 20a, 20b and a second clad layer 18b, and optical elements 32a, 32b are mounted on the second clad layer 18b which is the front layer of the optical waveguide 24 while being positioned to the cores 20a, 20b and electrically connected to the connection patterns 12a, 12b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
